Biography
Background
Jaedyn studied Biomedical Computation at Stanford University, with a focus on informatics. Prior research examined how sequencing depth affects deep learning models of cis-regulatory activity and used graph neural networks to predict protein-ligand selectivity. Jaedyn also worked on lipoprotein nanoparticle delivery systems at Stanford and engineered Cas9-modified cancer cell lines for drug screening during an internship at Bristol Myers Squibb. Jaedyn is rotating in the Boyle Lab, with interests in machine learning, gene regulation, and computational genomics.
