Our Scytonema sp. PRP1 genome paper is published in Microbiology Resource Announcements! This resource paper reports the draft genome of Scytonema sp. PRP1, a cyanobacterium unexpectedly identified during preparation of a single-cell sequencing library from human brain tissue. The 8.27-Mb assembly provides a genomic foundation for identifying and studying this organism. Congratulations to Preston on leading the project!
