TURF, our method for prioritizing variants in the non-coding genome based on tissue-specific scoring, is published in NAR! TURF integrates tissue-specific functional genomics data to predict which noncoding variants are most likely to alter gene regulation in a given biological context. The framework helps move variant prioritization beyond generic regulatory scores and toward the tissues most relevant to a trait or disease. Congratulations to Shengcheng on leading this work!
