Our RegulomeDB v.2 manuscript is published in Nature Genetics! RegulomeDB v.2 expands noncoding variant annotation with thousands of newly processed GRCh38 functional genomics datasets and probabilistic SURF scores. The update increases annotation power and gives researchers a stronger framework for prioritizing variants with potential regulatory effects.
