The IGVF Consortium marker paper is published in Nature! The IGVF Consortium marker paper lays out a map–perturb–predict framework for systematically connecting genomic variation to genome function and human phenotypes. The consortium will integrate single-cell maps, large-scale perturbation experiments, predictive models, and shared standards into an open resource spanning hundreds of cell types and states. The Boyle Lab is proud to contribute to this effort through our IGVF modeling project to improve the functional interpretation of genomic variation. Congratulations to the entire IGVF Consortium and the Boyle Lab members contributing to this collaborative work!
