Our paper on inducible gene regulation in zebrafish cells is published in Frontiers in Genetics! This study demonstrates that the inducible lac operator–repressor system can robustly and reversibly control reporter expression in zebrafish fibroblast cells. Repression scales with LacI levels and is relieved by IPTG, laying the groundwork for flexible lac-based gene-regulation tools in zebrafish.
